Laura Garrison’s colorful painting and prints create an uplifting experience for patients undergoing treatment for cancer at Baystate Franklin Medical Center in Greenfield, Massachusetts. One patient emails, “I was at Franklin Medical Center today in the oncology waiting room and admired your Bloom painting. The colors are so dynamic. It immediately lifted my spirits”. Kailen Ryan, Oncology Program Supervisor states “Laura’s art in our department is a gift, not only because the painting and prints are beautiful, colorful, and uplifting, but because of Laura’s willingness to share her work in a way that benefit the community members who visit the hospital.”
